Many celebrities will also be available to serve food to the guests and keep spirits high.

The event’s most well-known sponsors are singer Gloria Estefan and her husband, Emilio Estefan. “Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday,” said Estefan. “It’s about sharing family, food and love [, w]hich is why the Thanksgiving Feed A Friend [event] is the most special event we do all year, no gift giving involved except for the gift of love and care for the families that need it most. We are excited to support this event for the fifth year and look forward to many more.”

Emilio Estefan added, “I feel it’s so important to give back and especially give back to a community that has given us so much. This event is proof that the giving spirit is alive and well.
