Multi-User Access is our newest feature in Ticket River. It allows event hosts to grant access to other users to access and edit your events. You can give new users as much or as little permission to access and edit your events as you choose.
You can access the new Multi-User Access feature in the left navigation of your My Events page.
To add a new user to your account, and set their permissions, simply click the ‘Add A User’ button within the Multi-User Access page.
To view users who have access to your events, click the ‘Multi-User Access’ button in the left navigation. Your list of users will appear at the top of the page, including their status, and level of permissions. You can edit the user’s account at any point.
When users with access to your account log into Ticket River, they will see an option to manage events for themselves, or manage events for you. To work on your events, the user can select a link under your name, or they can access your events from the Multi-User Access navigation on the left.
